COACHING VS. THERAPY

Coaching is different from therapy.Therapy often focuses on processing the past, healing, and diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.Coaching is more focused on the present—helping you understand what’s happening in your life and relationships right now, and how to move forward with more clarity and intention.My work is not clinical therapy. It’s a space to:* Talk through real-life situations as they’re happening
* Gain perspective on relationship dynamics
* Get support in making decisions and navigating conversations
* Build awareness, boundaries, and communication skills
Many people I work with are also in therapy—and find that this work complements it by focusing on real-time situations and decision-making.

About me

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a deep understanding of relationships, communication, and human dynamics.I’ve always had a natural ability to see patterns clearly—especially in relationships—and help people make sense of situations that feel confusing, emotionally overwhelming, or hard to navigate.People often come to me when they feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, second-guessing themselves, or losing sight of what they actually want and need in their relationships.I bring a combination of empathy, honesty, and directness to help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in how you move forward.


WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

One on One Coaching (Ongoing Support)

This is designed to support you in real time—not just once a week.We meet virtually or in-person for a 60-minute session each week, and you also have access to me in between sessions. When something comes up, you don’t have to wait—you can reach out, get perspective, and stay grounded in how you respond.This allows us to work through situations as they’re actually happening, not just after the fact.What this includes:* Weekly 60-minute coaching session (in-person or virtual)
* Ongoing text support throughout the week
* Real-time guidance when situations come up
* Support preparing for conversations, decisions, or relationship issues
* Continued reflection and pattern recognition between sessions
This work is especially helpful if you:* Feel stuck or unsure in a relationship
* Are managing stressful friendship or family dynamics
* Are navigating dating and want to approach it differently
* Are questioning whether to stay, leave, or have a difficult conversation with your partner
